Yes. Although it involved hitting the ditch twice after getting passed then dragged off the road by a Mazda6 wagon on a steep hill after a tight bend on a gravel road. It was too dark to really get a good look at where it happened (i.e. where the track changed from tire to rim) so I don’t actually know if it happened before or after I left the road.

I have, when I was sliding off the side of the road in my B3000. Caused it to go over on it’s roof though. Stupid black ice.
